Create & apply Marketing plan yearly & monthly campaigns, promotions and CRM programs Combine mass and customized promotions when necessary (for special operation…) Make a timeline for every monthly campaign to show all monthly marketing activities and events Secure license application Manage customer data, classify groups, develop loyalty programs & increase new members Develop and turn strategy into action via marketing activities (event…)

Follow up new projects (new openings, renovations, transfers…) with Malls,… until opening & create event for each + follow up to 3 month program for new shops Brief agency and follow up construction done properly and as per deadline Make sure all points of sales always have positive image Secure all material in stock to support sales & activities ( Shopping bags, brochure, posters…) Follow merchandising planogram for display

Boost brand awareness through relationship with PR, magazines, articles, bloggers,… Identify sales opportunities & Negotiate for locations at sales event in malls, fashion shows… Create event outdoor or in shops (to increase database, sales …) alive/dyamic and entertaining for customers

Create digital activities to develop customer data and also to create traffic in shops Create digital content with designer and topics to develop further viral marketing Social community management & Develop blogger relationship Website management (Monthly updates, Google analytic…) Online business with E-tailers to activate and through our own website to prepare

Analysis of each actions + reports of activities, monthly campaigns, internet, event, with photos and statistics Competition benchmark (promo, pricing, shop look…) Product selection and pricing Track performance per POS, Partner, to identify solution of development Be able to travel to support operation in various location as required

* 1 year experience preferred in relevant industry. * Software skills : Excel, Power point, Word, MS office, Internet, Facebook & Google Analytic * Spoken & written English (fluent level required; French is a plus to understand the brand infos) * Excellent communication skills, customer & targets oriented * Excellent interpersonal skills Planning & organisation * Listening & understanding skills * The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis * Modeling techniques and methods of visual aspects * Have knowledge of cosmetics & SPA business environment (skincare, massage, etc)
